“I would like to congratulate Harpinder (Pin) Collacott on her appointment as Director of Innovation and Partnerships at the Atlantic Institute.
Pin’s leadership has been instrumental in advancing global public investment from a powerful idea into a credible and actionable policy proposition that a growing group of pioneer governments are actvely working on and preparing for its implementation.
We are deeply grateful for her outstanding service and leadership as interim Executive Director of the Global Public Investment Network in 2025, and we wish her all the best in her new role.
A formal recruitment process for the Global Public Investment Network’s Executive Director will be launched in the new year.
In the interim, I am delighted to announce that Andrea Ordóñez and Jonathan Glennie, both highly respected leaders with deep experience and expertise in global public investment, have agreed to serve as co-Executive Directors for the first half of 2026. Their combined leadership will ensure continuity, strategic momentum, and a strong foundation for the period ahead.
On behalf of the whole network, I extend our sincere thanks to Pin, and welcome Andrea and Jonathan into this important leadership role.”
